You have to go into the restaurant at a certain time, order a meal with drink, measure how long it takes to order food and then check how clean the restaurant is. Once you have finished eating go home and fill in a short survey about your experience. Join the Nielsen Shopping Panel. They will send you a handheld scanner designed to read bar codes. All you have to do is scan every product you buy in your weekly shopping trip. The handheld scanner will automatically transfer this data to Nielsen.

Make sure you complete your registration questionnaire properly. They ask you some difficult/tricky questions that you need to get right. You have to have good grammar and punctuation.
